DIGITAL ULTRASONIC RAIL FLAW DETECTOR
The Rail Flaw Detector is Goworld’s second-generation digital inspection tool with a TFT color display and a lightweight trolley, designed for railway, high-speed rail, and subway applications. It detects defects in rail heads, webs, and feet for rails ranging from 43 to 75 kg/m, complying with TB/T 2340-2012 standards.
With a “9+2” channel configuration and an advanced probe arrangement, it enhances flaw detection and supports both new and old testing standards. Features include smart B-scan display, full-course recording, GPS tracking, wireless networking, and advanced data management. The 11-inch high-visibility TFT display and high-PRN mileage registration ensure precise flaw documentation and real-time monitoring.

YUT2800 PORTABLE DIGITAL ULTRASONIC FLAW DETECTOR
The device features a full-screen echo display for enhanced visibility and a large-capacity memory capable of storing up to 1,000 data sets, including waveforms, curves, and parameters. It offers advanced defect detection with real-time measurement of sound path, depth, and echo amplitude, along with an automatic gain adjustment and alarm functions for incoming or lost waves. The crest memory function records the highest wave of defects for accurate location and rapid scanning, while digital suppression and dual independent measuring gates enhance monitoring capabilities.
Additionally, the device includes a variable transmission pulse generator, adjustable impedance matching, and multiple receiving filters to ensure precise detection. It supports Chinese and English languages and enables seamless data transfer via an RS232 interface for inspection result management, report generation, and printout. The system also features real-time clock recording, waveform freezing for post-measurement analysis, and a DAC curve function that dynamically adjusts with changes in gain and sound path.

It provides precise defect detection by measuring the peak or leading edge of the echo within the gate, while its echo-echo thickness measurement eliminates the need for zero calibration. The real-time peak memory function records the highest wave of defects, aiding in accurate defect location and quick scanning. Automatic gain adjustment, an alarm function for incoming and lost waves, and a solid waveform display enhance usability by improving contrast and minimizing missed defects during fast scanning.
Additional capabilities include real-time defect location, quantification of dB differences, and independent dual measuring gates for monitoring echo amplitude and sound path distance. The DAC curve function dynamically adjusts with changes in gain, sound path, and displacement.
