Rail Catcher

ZDC30-2.2 RAIL CATCHER

The ZDC30-2.2 Automatic Anti-Slipping Device, also known as an inclined shaft anti-runaway installation device, is a critical safety system for lifting and transporting materials in coal mine inclined shafts. Installed in underground tunnels, it uses a position sensor to synchronize with the winch, ensuring that the parking net remains in a “normally closed” protection state. In the event of an accident, such as a broken rope or decoupling, the device effectively intercepts runaway mine cars with a flexible buffer mechanism, enhancing safety in mining operations.

This device comprises six key components: a status display for monitoring, an electric control box for system regulation, a car block for secure positioning, a rotary encoder for precise movement detection, a pneumatic retractor for controlled engagement, and a trip unit that serves as the core protection mechanism. Together, these elements provide a reliable and efficient solution for preventing runaway incidents in inclined shaft transport systems.

ANTI-CAR-RUNNING DEVICE

The Anti-Car-Running Device is used in coal, metal, and non-metallic mines for single or double rail inclined transport lanes with a downhole inclination of 30 degrees or less. It enhances safety by preventing uncontrolled movement of mine cars. The system is highly precise, reliable, and cost-effective, offering easy installation, simple maintenance, and stable performance.

It operates in sync with the winch power supply, activating when the winch is powered and stopping when it is off. The device continuously monitors the mine car’s position to ensure controlled movement. If the car exceeds normal speed due to an accident, the PLC system triggers a buffer mechanism to stop it safely, preventing runaway incidents.

INCLINED ROADWAY RAIL CATCHER

The Inclined Roadway Rail Catcher is used in coal, metal, and non-metallic mines for lifting transport in inclined lanes with a downhole inclination of less than 30 degrees. It complies with Article 370 of the “Safety Regulations for Coal Mines,” which mandates its installation in inclined shafts to stop running ropes and decoupling vehicles. The system must remain normally closed, except when vehicles are released in a controlled manner. When used in inclined shafts for transporting personnel, it must be reliably locked in an open position. This device is designed for high precision, reliability, and ease of control. It offers a cost-effective solution with easy installation, simple maintenance, and stable performance.

The system operates in coordination with the winch power supply, activating when the winch is powered and stopping when it is off. It continuously monitors the position of the mine car, adjusting the lift motor as needed. The car block remains normally closed during descent and transitions through set values controlled by the PLC. If the mine car exceeds normal speed, the PLC activates a buffered car bar to prevent accidents. For multi-point and multi-vehicle protection, the system uses PLC serial communication, reducing signal cables and simplifying installation. A centralized control display box in the winch room provides real-time monitoring and control of each car-stopping mechanism.
