WCD SERIES CRESCENT BUFFER STATION
The WCD series crescent buffer station is designed for use with 43kg, 50kg, and 60kg rail types. It is installed at the line terminal in garages where vehicles remain close to the buffer station and the track has little to no gradient, resulting in a low slip speed. If a vehicle moves unexpectedly and collides with the crescent buffer station, it is forcibly stopped to prevent further movement.
The crescent buffer station is constructed from 45-grade steel and two semi-solid castings. It is secured to the rails using ∮24 bolts, with M24 high-strength bolts fastening the crescent bolt holes drilled into the rails during installation. As a low-speed buffer station, it functions without an additional buffer device. In the event of a collision, the braking force is absorbed through the elastic deformation of the buffer station and the rail, effectively stopping the vehicle through rigid contact.
CDH-C SERIES PLUG-IN SLIDING BUFFER STATION
The CDH-C20 Plug-in Sliding Buffer Station is installed at the end of the railway as a safety device to prevent vehicles from colliding due to unintended movement. It features a well-engineered structure with high braking force and a plug-in connection method for the arm and brake track, making it easy to install, maintain, and reset.
The buffer station consists of a main body frame and two pairs of boosters, with a total length of 2800mm. The buffer rubber board absorbs impact, transmitting force through the support arms to the brake rail. Brake rails, spring seats, and friction components work together to prevent vehicle slippage. A combination of leaf springs, spring seats, wedge irons, and elastic pressure devices creates pre-stress within the buffer station, increasing frictional resistance for continuous braking until the vehicle comes to a stop.
The arm plate is made from a solid sheet, with a robust frame structure composed of support beams, front and rear beams, and upper and lower oblique beams, allowing it to withstand high-speed impacts. The arm plate inserts directly into the brake track via a lower shoe block, simplifying installation, maintenance, and resetting. Upon impact, two pairs of brake rails in front of the buffer station, two rear brake rails, and two pairs of boosters are engaged in sequence, progressively increasing frictional resistance to protect both the vehicle and the buffer station, ensuring a high braking capacity.
CDG-K SERIES FIXED BAFFLE BUFFER STATION
The CDG-K Fixed Baffle Buffer Station serves as a safety protection device at the end of a railway line, preventing collisions by stopping vehicles upon impact. The buffer head, equipped with a rubber plate, absorbs the force from the coupler of an approaching vehicle, ensuring a controlled stop. Designed to meet user-specific requirements based on actual operational conditions, this buffer station features a compact structure, low cost, and easy maintenance. It is best suited for vehicles with smaller groupings and low impact speeds.
The maximum allowable impact speed can be customized to user needs, with options of 3 km/h, 5 km/h, or 7 km/h. The buffer head height varies depending on the type of vehicle, with standard rail vehicles set at 850mm, while metro and light rail vehicles have options of 500mm, 660mm, 678mm, and 720mm. For other vehicle types, custom specifications can be provided based on user data. The buffer head geometry and dimensions are tailored to the coupler design, ensuring compatibility with standard rail vehicles, metro, and light rail systems.
XCD SERIES FIXED FRAME BUFFER STATION
The XCD Series Fixed Frame Buffer Station is designed as a safety protection device to prevent vehicle collisions at the end of a railway line. The buffer head, equipped with a rubber plate, absorbs the impact from the coupler of an approaching vehicle, ensuring a controlled stop. It is customized to meet specific user requirements based on actual operational conditions. With a compact design, simple structure, low cost, and easy maintenance, it is ideal for vehicles with smaller groupings and low impact speeds.
The buffer station can accommodate maximum impact speeds of 3 km/h, 5 km/h, or 7 km/h, depending on user requirements. The buffer head height varies based on the type of vehicle: standard rail vehicles are set at 850mm, while metro and light rail vehicles have options of 500mm, 660mm, 678mm, and 720mm. For other vehicles, specifications are customized according to user-provided data. The buffer head’s geometry and dimensions are tailored to match the coupler size and shape for compatibility with standard, metro, and light rail vehicles.
